Embracing the Journey

In this season of life, I find myself in the unique setting of having more than a few miles completed on my journey, i.e. a lot of opportunities to gain wisdom through challenging times and also the opportunity to find joy in the journey.

I have been in the health and well-being arena for decades and I have had the pleasure of meeting many others who are on a similar path. I have always been interested in an evidence-based approach and have attained many certifications and much information through the years from so many professionals and professional organizations.

One of my experiences led me to find the Egoscue Method of eliminating pain. I had a bicycle crash in 2006 that resulted in a fractured C-2 vertebrae and various other injuries. One of my personal training clients told me about Pete Egoscue’s radio show and one of his books. I tried the Static Back e-cise in my neck brace and a cast on my arm. It worked! I got pain relief and I was a believer. I have been a posture alignment specialist since 2007 and I remain convinced structural alignment exercises are key to living an active lifestyle and aging gracefully.

I am here for the seekers, for those who want to live an integrated life. A lifestyle that is pain-free and active, where one’s purpose is on the front burner and life is intentional, realizing time is the one thing we can’t get more of and choosing to honor our bodies, know ourselves, and deepen our relationship with our Creator.
